There are two ways to restore factory factory settings

Go to main screen
Step:2:
Type  *#7380#
Note:It will ask for security code the default code is 12345
Phone will restart and you will have the original factory settings
Type:2:
Instead of *#7380#  type *#7370#
Note:It will ask for security code the default code is 12345
Phone will restart and you will have the original factory settings
Note:Before you do factory settings its safe to backup your data such has phonebook,messages,,etc because during this process all data will be lost.
